The Performance tab lets you view your team and hierarchy. You can view the list of your team members, in addition to their hierarchy structure. You will get detailed metrics and insights about the performance of your team, including Persistency, Issued Premium, and Outstanding Chargebacks.
Issued Premium: The Issued Premium is the Annual Premium from the activated and currently in-force policies. For Ethos Protection IUL, the Issued Premium is the least Planned Premium, Target Premium, or Paid Premium for the current in-force policies.
Persistency: The persistency rate is the percentage of activated policies within a given period that remain active.
Total Created Chargebacks: Total unpaid chargebacks created by the agent and downlines, regardless of rollup status. This chargeback was created by this agent and is still outstanding.
Personal Chargeback: Unpaid chargebacks currently owed by the agent (incurred by them or already rolled up to them). The agent is currently responsible for the chargeback amount, including generated and rolled-up chargebacks.
