How do I update a client's phone number?

If your client has a new phone number, they need to update it. Agents cannot update client phone numbers. 

Clients can either: 

Use the Member Portal 

  1. Log in to the portal.
  2. Click ‘Settings’ in the left-hand navigation.
  3. On the ‘Settings’ page, click ‘Edit’.
  4. Update their phone number.
  5. Click ‘Save'
