If your client has a new phone number, they need to update it. Agents cannot update client phone numbers.
Clients can either:
Use the Member Portal
- Log in to the portal.
- Click ‘Settings’ in the left-hand navigation.
- On the ‘Settings’ page, click ‘Edit’.
- Update their phone number.
- Click ‘Save'
