The cancellation process depends on the policy’s status.
- If the initial payment has not been processed, you can call Agent Support.

If the initial payment has processed, or it’s after the 30 day-free look period, your client will need to contact the carrier.
- If the policy is cancelled within the 30 day-free look period, any premium paid will be refunded
