Ethos now requires that you be listed as the Agent of Record for your policies. You must be contracted and appointed with each carrier to sell policies and receive commissions.
Here’s what to do:
- In the Agent Portal, go to your Settings tab > Carrier Contracting.
- Complete the General Contracting Requirements form for each required carrier.
Keep in mind:
You’ll need to wait for your contracting application to be approved before you can sell policies for that carrier or receive compensation on those policies.
