To view and manage archived customer profiles that you can't otherwise see in your Customers tab:
1. Log in to your Agent Portal.
2. Go to the Customers tab.
3. Deselect the Archived filter at the top to show all customers. Or, remove all filters or unarchive a customer if needed.
