How do I verify my identity?

To complete the identity verification process:

1. Log in to your Agent Portal at agents.ethoslife.com.
   
    
2. Click the Contact Us tab in the left-hand navigation.
   
    
3. In the form, select Agent Verification as the topic.
   
    
4. Complete the required fields.
   
    
5. Attach a clear photo of your ID.
   
    
6. Click Submit.
   
    

Important: For your security, do not email a copy of your ID.
