How do I upload my agent verification documents?

If you’re an independent agent, you can submit your ID directly through the Agent Portal by following these steps:

1. Log in at https://agents.ethoslife.com.
2. Click Contact Us in the left-hand navigation.
3. In the web form, select Agent Verification as the topic.
4. Complete the form and upload a clear photo of your driver’s license. For security, please do not email a copy of it.

5. Click Submit.

Once submitted, our team will review and finalize your onboarding so we can release any earned commissions. If you have questions, contact Agent Support at [phone] or [e-mail]. Support is available Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–6 p.m. CT.
