- Late Offer: While a policy is in late offer, the policy is terminated. The client can log in to the Customer Portal to retry their payment or update their payment method. All past-due invoices must be paid to reinstate coverage.
- Lapsed: Once a policy has lapsed, the client must submit a reinstatement application. To request the application, the client must contact Ethos’s customer support team at support@getethos.com. Ethos will then send a DocuSign reinstatement application for the client to complete. After the application is submitted, an underwriter will review it. The Policy Servicing team will provide updates throughout the review process.
