- Laboratory results (blood work/urinalysis)
- Imaging reports (CT or MRI results)
- Specialized screenings (e.g., colonoscopy results)
The process for specific test results:
- Ethos sends a secure questionnaire to the client’s email address on file.
- The email contains a link to a secure portal with a built-in attachment feature.
- The client clicks the link and attaches the requested records directly.
- Once submitted, the files are instantly attached to the pending application for the underwriter to review.
