How do I log in with a passkey?
On the login page, click "Sign in with passkey." Your device will prompt you to verify with your PIN or biometric. Once confirmed, you're straight into your agent portal dashboard.
What if the passkey option doesn't show up on the login page?
The system only shows the passkey login option if it detects an enrolled passkey on your device. If you don't see it, either your passkey isn't set up yet, or your browser/device isn't compatible.
What if my passkey verification fails?
Try again. Make sure you're using the same device and browser you enrolled with. If it keeps failing, use OTP to log in instead.
What happens after 5 failed attempts?
Your session will be locked for 15 minutes. After that, you can try again or contact our support team at 415-797-0864 (Our hours are Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM) for help.
