Can I have multiple passkeys across different devices?

Yes. You can register a passkey for each device you use. Each one is listed separately in Settings →  Account Settings → Account Security.

How do I add a new passkey for a new device?

Log in to your new device, go to Settings → Account Settings → Account Security → Add This Device. Your device will prompt you to verify with PIN or biometrics and register the new passkey.

How do I remove a passkey I no longer use?

Go to Settings → Account Settings → Account Security. Find the passkey you want to remove and click "Remove" next to it.

What happens if I only have one passkey — can I remove it?

It depends on your agency's policy:

·       If personal phones are not allowed, the Remove option won't appear if you only have one passkey configured. Add a second passkey on another device first, then you can remove the original.

·       If personal phones are allowed: You can verify your phone number first, which gives you an alternative login method. Once your phone is verified, the Remove option will appear, and you can remove the passkey.
