Settings → Account Settings → Account Security → Add authenticator. You'll go through the same QR / manual key flow and save a fresh set of backup codes at the end.

Settings → Account Settings → Account Security → Authenticator app → Remove. If an authenticator is your only 2FA method, you'll need to add another factor first (passkey or a verified phone) before the Remove option will work. This prevents you from accidentally locking yourself out.
