1099s will be mailed to the address on file or emailed by January 31, 2026.
Ethos only provides 1099s to agents:
- Who we pay directly
- And, who have earned more than $600 with Ethos.
If you want to receive your 1099 electronically, contact agent support at agents@ethos.com or call (415) 797-0864, Monday–Friday 8:00 am – 6:00 p.m. (CT).
If we do not pay you directly, please contact your agency.
