If your client missed a payment (for example, their scheduled premium payment failed or the policy is in the grace period), they can contact Ethos Customer Support at (888) 384-6754 (available Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Central Time) or email support@ethos.com. If the client is experiencing any technical difficulties with payment, they can also email payments@ethos.com for dedicated payment support.
