Why does my activation rate decrease?

Your activation rate drops if a previously submitted application falls into one of these statuses:

  • Grace period (missed payment)
  • Terminated
  • Pending renewal premium
  • Other concerns with the application

To identify any impacted policies if you're close to rewards thresholds, we recommend checking your Customers tab to view policies or contacting Agent Support at (415) 797-0864 or agents@getethos.com. Support is available Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–6 p.m. CT.
