How is ineligible split compensation handled?

If you are part of a split but are not eligible in the policy state:

  • Your portion of the split is withheld
  • There is no automatic roll-up
  • A compensation redirect request is required if an eligible upline of the split agent should receive it instead. Please contact Agent Support at agents@getethos.com or call (415) 797‑0864, Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–6 p.m. CT.
